Coming from a background in commercial electrical fit out and construction All Phase Electrical Solutions was founded by Tim McDonald and Paul Murden in 2010. With Tim coming from an estimating background and Paul from an operations background the foundations were put in place from the beginning, to provide a comprehensive service package to our customers.

From humble beginnings, All Phase Electrical Solutions has grown in both size and reputation over the proceeding 10 years. Throughout these years the company has made a conscious effort to structure themselves in a manner that enables us to provide a comprehensive service package to our clients. We pride ourselves on not only our ability to complete projects on time and within budget,
but also being flexible and understanding to our client’s needs.

This also relates to our staff- All Phase currently employs 30 full time staff, priding itself on teamwork, professionalism and also a willingness to be flexible with our client’s needs. Both directors have a hands-on approach to their business and the original business model of Tim estimating and Paul handling the operations side of the business, continues to this day.

As the company further develops and expands we will continue to do what we know best, delivering high quality successful outcomes to each and everyone of our clients.
