Director / Estimating Manager
With over 20 year’s experience in the electrical industry, Tim began his apprenticeship in 1999 and held various roles from site foreman, project manager, through to estimator.
Tim now managers the estimating area of the company, where he has developed experience across a broad spectrum of commercial construction and fit out projects. Tim possess a sound understanding of electrical estimating and works closely with clients to achieve the best outcome possible for all concerned. His thorough practical knowledge, experience, skills in negotiating and commercial focus ensures Tim has developed great working relationships with a variety of leading builders throughout Melbourne.
Tim’s ongoing drive is to see All Phase grow its reputation, as a leader in the electrical industry- through innovation, communication and maintaining strong working relationships.
Paul Murden
Director / Project Manager
Paul has worked in the electrical industry for over 20 years. As a director he is involved in all aspects of the business and provides leadership and support to all areas of the company.
Paul has completed major projects with All Phase ranging from restoration, refurbishments and new construction on various sites including but not limited to health care, education, residential, sporting precincts and retail. He thrives on the challenge of the diverse and complex projects.
Through his experience Paul is able to provide problem solving and a collaborative approach to ensure positive outcomes for all projects. Teamwork backed by effective communication ensures a highly motivated approach to the most challenging of projects.
Paul’s ongoing drive is to see All Phase continue to deliver quality projects which will ensure the company further enhances its growing reputation in the construction industry.
Adam Walsh
Project Manager
Adam has over 15 year’s experience in the electrical industry across the domestic, industrial and commercial sectors.
Adam has been part of the All Phase team for the past 8 years and has climbed the ladder from A-Garde electrician to site manager and now senior project manager.
Adam is a highly experienced construction professional with great management and leadership skills. His hands-on approach and eye for detail ensures each and every project is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality.
Adam is approachable and puts a huge emphasis on collaboration and open communication avenues throughout every step of the project.
